Product Warranty

Reid Auto Glass Tools are covered with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We cannot warranty against mishandling of products or for uses other than intended. Replacement bladse are designed to be used with Reid Cold Knives. Using other blades or knives may result in damage to the products. Always observe proper safety procedures when using Reid Auto Glass Tools.

If a product is faulty, Reid Manufacturing Company will replace the product or, if no replacement is possible, provide reasonable compensation. If you are returning a product under warranty, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Good Authorization (RGA).

Returns of unused products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Before returning an unused product, you must contact us to obtain an RGA.

Ordering Information

All orders placed through this site will be shipped once payment has been received. Orders will be shipped complete unless otherwise specified during the ordering process.

Orders will be shipped via UPS ground. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not permitted.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

In compliance with the law, sales tax will be added to orders shipped within Michigan. At this time, orders placed online can only be shipped within the United States. For international orders, please contact Reid directly.

During the checkout process, we collect your name, address, telephone number, email address and payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address). This information is used for processing your order and contacting you if we need additional information. None of your information will ever be sold or given to a third party. We may occasionally send product updates, discount coupons or sales information to your email address. Privacy Policy

For each visitory to our web page, our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address of visitors.

With respect to cookies: we use cookies to record session information during the ordering process, such as items that consumers add to the order. If comsumers choose to have their information saved for use in future orders, such information is saved as a cookie.
